6×3 Marquise Cz with 3×2 Cz Pear in 14k yellow gold. Keep in mind that this piece is meant to be worn with the marquise facing sideways or at an angle in order for the pear to dangle properly. The pear dangle is on the right side of the marquise when looking directly at it.
